1 अपना समय चुनें / Batch

जिस समय रोज़ आ सकती हैं, वह एक batch चुनें। Box पर tap करें; चुना हुआ option highlight होगा।

2 कितने लोग आएँगे?

अकेले = Individual; 2 लोग = Couple; 5 लोग = Group। आने वाले कुल लोगों के अनुसार package चुनें।

3 आपकी जानकारी / Contact

अपना पूरा नाम और WhatsApp वाला mobile number लिखें। केवल 10 अंक भरें; +91 पहले से दिया है।

Refund policy

Workshop registration payments are final and non-refundable. A confirmed registration may be transferred to another participant by contacting us before the workshop begins. If the organiser cancels or reschedules the workshop, a full refund will be issued within seven working days.

6 Payment की जानकारी लगाएँ

PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm या bank app में successful payment खोलें। उसका UTR / UPI transaction ID नीचे लिखें। यहाँ mobile number या UPI ID नहीं लिखना है।

Choose file दबाएँ → Gallery / Photos / Downloads खोलें → payment successful वाली screenshot चुनें। नीचे photo दिखने तक रुकें। Photo नहीं दिखे तो नई screenshot phone में save करके फिर चुनें।

When does the workshop begin?

The workshop begins on 22 September 2026 at Devika Hotel & Resort, Salaiya, Bhopal. Calendar updates will be shared through the official WhatsApp group.

Can I change my batch later?

A change is possible only if another batch is open for your complete party. Choose the timing you can attend consistently.

How is my payment confirmed?

Submit the UTR and a clear successful-payment screenshot. The team will match it with the received UPI payment.

Can I get a refund?

Workshop registration payments are final and non-refundable. A confirmed registration may be transferred to another participant by contacting us before the workshop begins. If the organiser cancels or reschedules the workshop, a full refund will be issued within seven working days.

Do I receive a QR workshop pass?

No. Workshop entry will be managed from the confirmed registration list and WhatsApp updates. There is no workshop QR pass or daily scanner.
